BRIEFING ABOUT ITS NEED AND IMPORTANCE
Since many years ago we had development of more efficient ways to apply sanitizing products, many innovative equipments and accessories are already in common use and consecrated. A new worldwide trend has been the demand for the products controlled application in the most pulverized form possible, one of the most recent is the products micro pulverization by electric charge.
The micro pulverization by electric charge, uses the principle of repulsion of particles with electric charge with the same signal, usually the positive charge, this method repulses the particles creating an thin homogeneous fog, however because the charge is not easily lost, the particles tend to deposit in repulsion, ie, they do not allow the formation of a continuous and uniform wet film.
The TAS (Thermal Atomization System), developed by STEAMATE, employs a system in which the micro pulverization (or in this process called ATOMIZATION) is obtained by great increase in temperature and conducted through a jet of vaporized water.
The TAS, although similar, differs greatly from cleaning by simple application of steam.
Simple steam cleaning is not appropriate to a single process based on all factors stated by Dr. Herbert Sinner in 1960, this new TAS system already obeys it under all criteria.
